THE MYSTERY OF THE STOMBING STONES
During the renovation works, a pre-existing water well has been brought to light, after being buried for centuries by a pair of marble slabs with the same curious manufactures.
The well, on which the load-bearing wall that still divides it in half was probably erected in the Renaissance period, was covered by these two mysterious slabs placed at a lower level than the walkways and covered by paving which had stratified over time.
These two centuries-old stones, whose workings and wear and tear suffered over time suggest that they are rich in stories still unknown to us, after centuries of rest, will be back to human activity, but this time with the noble purpose of witnessing and entertaining, but at least for now, hiding the mystery of their ancient task.
PRIMA PIZZERIA DI BRESCIA
Inedito opens its premises in via Gramsci which in 1962 hosted the first pizzeria in Brescia.
From the first inspections, when entering in street number 22, we realized the importance that the first pizzeria had for the citizens of Brescia, where a product so loved and desired by Italians was served: pizza.
It was a new place in those years, all to be discovered and know: a “INEDITED” place, in fact.
Consequently we decided to revive those walls with a new offer and an “inedited” dough.

After a long and careful renovation, Inedito took shape day after day.
Cristiano, architect and Antonio’s associate, has first designed and then carried out the entire project in a scrupulous manner, highlighting every single detail present within Inedito.
The bricks, stones and terracotta have remained in their original version and have joined the design and furnishings that recall the Nordic style, thanks to the use of solid wood and dark colors, creating a perfect melting pot.

The restaurant, despite being in the historical city center, is not in restricted traffic area and has several parking lots nearby such as the Piazza Vittoria car park, Autosilo 1 or the San Domenico car park.
